Tammy Kennedy

Tammy Marie Kennedy, 56, of Niles, passed away at Corwell Health Lakeland in St. Joseph, MI.

Tammy was born on August 24, 1966 in Niles to John and Clara (Blatz) Seidner.

Tammy is preceded in death by her mother, Clara Singleton and her brother Scott Seidner.

Tammy was a Home Care Manager for Dungarvin of Indiana for 15 years. She was dedicated to her clients and would do anything for them. It wasn’t uncommon for her to drive one of her clients to a relative’s house for a holiday.  Her deep love was also well known to her family. Tammy was devoted to her children and especially her granddaughter, Charlotte.

In her spare time, Tammy enjoyed baking and cooking. Her family could always count on her making delicious jams and jellys. Tammy also loved her fur babies.

Those left to cherish Tammy are her father, John (Maria) Seider of Niles, Tammy’s children; Jennifer (Josh) McGinnis of Niles, Kenneth (Abigayle Johnson) Horner of Niles, Kyle Horner of Niles, granddaughter, Charlotte Horner, her siblings; Rich (Patti) Seidner of Niles, Robert (Sarah) Seidner of Paoli, IN., Dawn (David) VanDyke of Buchannan, her half-brothers, Gregory Seidner of Niles and Rickei (Amber) Seidner of Willamina, OR.

Visitation for Tammy will be on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Halbritter Wickens Funeral Home, 615 E. Main St. Niles. from 11:00am to 1:00pm. A Funeral Service will begin at 1:00pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery.
