Tammy Hess

Tammy Ann Hess, age 49, of Niles, Michigan died on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at University of Michigan Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan following a brief illness. She was born July 19, 1963 in Niles to Daniel & Carolyn (Krueger) Hess.
Tammy was a 1979 graduate of Edwardsburg High School and worked for Simplicity Pattern in Niles and for SPI Industries in South Bend. She enjoyed fishing and gardening and especially loved spending time with her granddaughters.
Survivors include son Shane Hess and daughter Emily Brewer, both of Niles and 3 granddaughters; Kirsten, Malaya and Anna. She is also survived by her mother Carolyn Hess of Niles and one brother; Matthew Hess of Niles.
She was preceded in death by her father, a sister; Tina Marie Hess and a brother; Daniel F. Hess, Jr.
Services for Tammy Ann Hess will be held at 3:00p.m. Friday, January 18, 2013 at Coulter’s Chapel Church of God in Niles with Rev. Louis W. Staubs of the church officiating.
The family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to services at the church.
