Mark Eugene Evans, age 52 years of Buchanan, Michigan died on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at his home unexpectedly. He was born January 4, 1962 in Niles, Michigan.
Mark graduated from Buchanan High School. He lived in California for 16 years while working in customer service for Deluxe Corporation. He had returned to Buchanan for the most recent ten years.
Mark is survived by his mother, Judith (& Jon) Colpetzer of Buchanan; father, Larry (& Donna) Evans of Elkhart, Indiana; two sisters, Renee (& Chad) Fargo of Buchanan and Linda Young of Three Rivers, Michigan; and step-siblings, Steven Pierce of San Jose, California and Connie Slane of Elkhart, Indiana as well as 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
Funeral services for Mark Eugene Evans will be held at 11:00a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles and will be officiated by Pastor David Mitchell of Faith Victory Church, Buchanan. Interment will follow at Daley Cemetery, Cassopolis.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 6-8:00p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2014 at the funeral home.
