Jenny Haden

Jenny Haden, 48 of Niles, passed away on Friday, October 29 in Spectrum Lakeland Health in Niles.

Jenny was born on June 29, 1973 in Niles, to Forrest and Marilyn Murphy.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother William Murphy.

On August 26, 1995 at Frist Baptist Church she married Philip Haden who survives.

Jenny is also survived by her sons Harrison M. Haden of Niles, Hunter F. Haden and her daughter Elizabeth C. Haden all of Niles, her sisters, Cindy (David) Rice of Niles, Katie (Ken) Paquette, her brother Kelly Murphy of Niles and many loved nieces and nephews.

Jenny loved scrapbooking with her sisters.  They enjoyed getting together, sometimes even going away for a weekend to create scrapbooks and memories. Jenny was an avid Chicago Bears fan. She wasn’t shy about showing her support for her team.  This was also evident when she was attending her children’s sporting events. She never missed their football games, wrestling matches or softball games. Jenny loved her children and her family. She was dedicated to the Lord. Jenny had been in charge of the AWANA program at First Baptist Church.  She loved children and seeing them grow in faith gave her great joy. In so many ways, it could be said that Jenny was a Mother to all.

Visitation for Jenny will be on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at First Baptist Church 1446 E. Main St. Niles.  A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00am officiated by Rev. Jim Wing. Burial will follow in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
