Helga Elizabeth Bouteldja, age 84, of Whitehall, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on July 9, 2024 after a battle with cancer. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany in March 1940 and preceded in death by her parents, Kurt and Magdalene Loch. She is survived by her children Bobby (Jeannetta) Burns, Natalie (Jeff) Morbitzer, Eric Burns and John (Elisa) Burns and her grandchildren, Jacob (Sydney) Burns, Jared Burns, Jason Burns, Megan Morbitzer, Curtis Morbitzer, Mollie Morbitzer, Sophia Burns and Nicholas Burns and great granddaughters, Elsie and Nora-Lee. She is also survived by her sister, Inge Frodl and brothers, Hans (Juniter) and Herman (Hella) Loch, along with her niece Susanne (Andreas) Poehlmann and nephews Oliver, Dietmar and Stephan Loch.

She worked as a bus aide with the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities and was an Avon representative for over 50 years. She touched many lives and her kindness, zest for life, laughter, and stories will be missed by all. She was a wonderful mom, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend and was always helping others in need. She loved history, art, music, traveling, learning languages, meeting people, learning about different cultures, studying the Bible and most importantly, sharing her faith with others as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
