Niles – Dorothy Lee Hart, 85 passed away at 6:08am on Friday, November 1, 2019 in her home.

Dorothy was born on June 2, 1934 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Edward and Lottie (Banicki) Okonski. On June 2, 1951, Dorothy married William Frank Hart and he passed away on June 16, 1994. She was also preceded in death by 5 sisters and 6 brothers.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Shirley (Ron) Corbit of Arkansas, Gloria Stilwell of Niles, Leon (Denise) Hart of Illinois, and David Hart of Niles; 7 grandkids; 17 great grandkids; and 10 great-great grandkids.

Dorothy attended Coulters Chapel Church of God. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmothers, and great-great grandmother. She enjoyed drives with her late husband. She was an avid hummingbird watcher. She was a great crafter and enjoyed playing bingo.

The family will gather at her graveside at 1pm on Monday, November 4, 2019 in Silverbrook Cemetery.
