Dianne Hahaj

DiAnne Hahaj, age 66 years of South Bend, Indiana died on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at her home, unexpectedly but of natural causes.
She was born on December 14, 1946 in South Bend to Benjamin and Elizabeth (Wagner) Chachulski. She was graduated from Saint Joseph High School, and has lived in South Bend all of her life.
DiAnne was a member of Saint Matthew Cathedral Catholic Church in South Bend. She enjoyed garage and antique sales, especially cleaning-up a purchase for re-sale. She also enjoyed the fellowship of her neighborhood, and her pet dogs; but her greatest joy was her grandchildren.
Surviving family includes her son, Chris (& Mindy) Hahaj of Granger, Indiana; grandsons Ashton and Kellan; and her sister, Patricia Skudlarek of South Bend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and by a brother, Gerald “Jerry” Chachulski who died on January 18, 2013.
Services for DiAnne Hahaj will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Halbritter Funeral Home, 615 East Main Street in Niles, Michigan with the Rev. Fran Lane-Lawrence of the First Presbyterian Church in Niles officiating.
