Candy Beckman

Candy Ann Beckman, age 50 years of Niles, Michigan died unexpectedly on Monday morning, August 8, 2016 at her home.
She was born on December 12, 1965 in Saint Joseph, Michigan to Marvin Hayden and Barbara Ann (Kemp) Guess. She was graduated from Niles High School, and had continued her education at the local community college. She has lived in Niles all of her life.
Candy always enjoyed the fellowship of friends, which – in previous years – including playing pool. She also enjoyed watching mysteries on television, and classic rock ‘n’ roll. Her greatest joy was her family.
Surviving family includes her children, Ashley (& Michael Marusek) Myers of Benton Harbor, Michigan, and Jordan Beckman and Ryan Beckman, both of Niles; grandchild Cameron Myers; Candy’s father, Marvin (& Sue) Guess of Dowagiac, Michigan; and her sister, Sherry (& John) Hoffman of Benton Harbor; three nieces; and several aunts and uncles including Carolyn and Shirley.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Guess in 1999, and an infant brother, Marvin Hayden Guess, Jr. in 1967.
